Using Accrual Recovery Inquiry

1. When you first enter the Accrual Recovery Inquiry option a Select An Option window will appear with the following options:

 

Select the account number for the report. Select one or more accounts by scrolling to the account and pressing the Enter key to select the account(s) or select ALL to select all accounts.

2. A Select An Option window will appear; select the cost center for the report. Select one or more cost centers by scrolling to the cost center and press the Enter to select cost center(s) or select ALL to select all cost centers.

3. At the Beginning Period field, enter the beginning period and year or press Enter to select the current accounting period.

4. At the Ending Period field, enter the ending period and year or press Enter to select the current accounting period

5. At the Customer field, enter the six-character customer ID code for the customer on the report.

6. At the Sort field, select Date-Source to sort the report by date and transaction; select Source – Ref to sort the report by transaction and transaction number.

7. At the File Name field, enter up to an eight character file name to save the output as an ASC file that can be used to analyze the information outside of Net•Yield .

8. Command options will appear:
